Extra Hydrating Toning Gel Usage & Ingredients
TO USE: Each morning and evening smooth a small amount of toner on to face and neck after Vitalising Cleanser. Wait 30 seconds, then apply Nourishing Day Cream, Rich Day Cream or Nourishing Night Cream.

I highly recommend this product. Been using the Extra Hydrating Toner for 12 years, mainly for my aging skin, which used to be oily. It feels so refreshing. Only a tiny bit is needed. I also apply to my neck & decolage. Sometimes I put it on my arms & legs if they feel dry. "Less is more".
