Manuka Oil is extracted via steam distillation from sustainably sourced Manuka leaves and flowers, a shrub native to New Zealand. For centuries, New Zealand Maori have used this potent oil to aid in treating everything from rheumatism and fevers to burns and skin disorders.
Used by Living Nature as a hero ingredient for over 3 decades, Manuka Oil is known as nature’s potent skin protector with powerful antimicrobial properties (works to kill or slow the spread of microorganisms). Studies have shown Manuka Oil to be up to 33 times stronger than Tea Tree Oil against some bacteria[i], and this powerful oil contains antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. These remarkable properties help to combat skin irritation and infections, protecting skin from bacteria and promoting overall immune health.
Living Nature’s 100% Pure Manuka Oil (10ml) is packaged in a recyclable glass bottle with a dripulator. It can be used as an air purifier by adding 2-3 drops to water or beeswax in an essential oil diffuser; or as a natural hand sanitiser by adding 1-2 drops to your hand cream or directly onto hands after washing with soap and water. Additionally 100% Pure Manuka Oil is an effective spot treatment for blemishes. Active and highly potent, Living Nature’s 100% Pure Manuka Oil is an essential addition to any household.
