Wow, I just have to say I am so blown away by Living Nature. You must hire the most gorgeous people as well - I am so proud to be a Kiwi when I think people like you guys are communicating with people all over the world.
A true example of why we need to support NZ made - you guys rock.
The parcel I requested arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order it on Monday, and I put the gel on my wee girl's skin straight away yesterday. The rash has nearly gone today and only yesterday morning it was starting to get raw looking.
I am using the Lip Balm continuously on my lips, and Sensitive Bits Gel on my eyelids - I have eczema on both these places and too yuck a place to use hydrocortisone (it would only work for a few days then stop working anyway, I was just left with flaky eyelids and lips!). Balancing Day Lotion
I’ve suffered from Acne since I was 12 and I am now 29. A few weeks ago I was using Vitamin A cream from the doctors which causes birth defects, and my skin was peeling off and getting very dehydrated, over the years I have spent a fortune on trying all sorts of products to no avail, I have only been using your products for 2 weeks, and they are fantastic, I am already noticing an improvement and I have even stopped using my strong spot creams, I’m so impressed it is one of the best things I’ve ever done – changing to Living Nature products. I would highly recommend it to people who are long term acne suffers like myself. I especially find the Balancing Day Lotion good on spots, they seem to heal quicker without turning nasty and dry. Balancing Day Lotion
I recently bought your Purifying Cleanser and Balancing Day Lotion. After 1 week I am thrilled to report that my face feels like part of me instead of an irritating imposition. At the tender age of 57 next month I have had an expensive and frustrating journey to find a simple routine that suited my needs and at last the reactions are settling. Balancing Day Lotion
I was recommended to use your products by someone I know. I have tried so many products on the market and definitely believe yours is one of the best. I used to get a rash on my face. It would come and go, and it just got to the stage where it would flare up and stay there. After a lot of money spent on product after product, it only started to feed the problem. I have only tried but a few of your products. I used the Balancing Day Lotion. I love this, along with that I use the Hydrating Gel and Vitalising Cleanser. All for normal to oily skin. Cancer
In July, I was a lucky winner of a raffle auction in Whangarei which was raising money for Breast Cancer, and part of that parcel was a box of products from Living Nature. One week later, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and to cut a long story short, I duly had the operation and then waited for post operative treatment (radiotherapy) which was finally confirmed to commence in the first week in November – in Australia!! We (patients) were told to use sorbelene or similar product if we get burnt or spotty etc. After reading your product information, I decided to use Living Nature and slathered it on the affected breast from Day 1 of the 20 treatments. How glad I am!! I used Extra Hydrating Gel and followed up with Nourishing Day Cream at least 3 times a day or more if I felt the need. I would like to state quite categorically that I have not been affected by the treatment like some of the other women have. There have been blisters, burnt skin, blotching of skin and all I had was a little pinkness which has since disappeared. So thank you Living Nature for being a sponsor of Breast Cancer and thank you for having the wonderful product that you have. I have no doubt that you helped me keep free of infections. I am writing to you simply to share a wonderful experience my family and I have enjoyed thanks to your amazing products. My story begins about four weeks ago, when my 4 1/2 year old daughter developed (overnight) a total body rash. I took her straight to our local doctor who suggested antibiotics three times daily for ten days, plus a hydrocortisone cream twice daily over her body. I was very upset, I do not believe in using the above drugs. My daughter has only had antibiotics once in her life and my 2 1/2 year old son has never had them. So I walked across the road to the health shop. They suggested your Nourishing Hand & Body Cream mixed with a little drop of tea tree oil twice daily and a multivitamin. The change was instant. The body cream took my daughters itchy, hot feeling in her skin away in the first use. Within three days the red rash was just little raised skin colour bumps. A week went by and they had all gone. The rash has not returned. However we still use the cream at night simply because our daughter loves the physical contact, the gentle smell and the feeling of being soothed to sleep by touch. I am simply stunned by the power of such a gentle and natural product. I now use your skincare range daily. I work in a health store. I use your lipstick for myself and my twin daughters. I recently switched to the Extra Hydrating Gel and the Rich Day Cream and the improvement is amazing. Customers frequently ask me what I use on my skin and it is great to promote a healthy NZ product. But I wanted to share a story about my daughters. They are well known NZ sports reps and as such their skin is frequently exposed to all elements here and overseas. Like most young women I couldn’t convince them that their ‘chic’ expensive brand name skincare was drying their skin terribly. I sent them to a consultation with your products (Mum doesn’t really know anything?) and they have started using your range. They had previously been on Roacutane as teenagers, something I was not happy about but their skin was scarring badly and I didn’t know the benefits of manuka honey and your products. My nearly 30 year old skin is a combination of oily T zone and dry cheeks, so when my mum bought me some Nourishing Hand & Body cream I thought I’d try the rest of the range. At that time I had scaly skin from using an aromatherapy moisturiser. Once I received your samples I used them that night, and next morning my scaly dry skin had gone! It was that fast for me! I have since purchased these products together with the Firming Flax Cream. My personal circumstances are such that I did not make such purchases lightly as I am on a limited income. For me this considered purchase is well worth it. They are really lovely and I feel that they feed my skin and keep it livened. I am so happy with your products. I think they are wonderful… I am 38 year old woman and I have unfortunately have started menopause early! I have very temperamental skin, which I can wash with soap and water but if I try to moisturise it, with products from even the most expensive product lines, after about 4 days I break out in some sort of rash or eczema. I just recently got over a bout of eczema which I had to go onto Antibiotics for, but when I was in the height of it I went into the health store. They suggested I try your Manuka Oil and Honey Antiseptic Gel which was very soothing and I believe aided in my healing process. I have since purchased your Evening Primrose and Manuka Honey Gel and your Nourishing Day Cream. I have had no further problems or reaction with my skin and it soft and smooth. I always see those infomercials on television where women are talking about how wonderful a product is. I have never trusted them as I have always been so wary of what I use on my skin, but your product is so wonderful and I’ve had such wonderful results, I feel like one of those ladies. Although I knew the brand, and had bought items as gifts in the past, I had never sampled the products for myself (being a student, and on a very limited budget) until early December. I decided to treat myself, because in October I suddenly developed eczema around my nose; stress will do that to you, but it wasn’t a problem I’d had before. I tried various products suggested by the local pharmacy, with no luck; some even aggravated the problem. Finally, while Christmas shopping; I decided to pop into the Lambton Quay Living nature shop to see if you could suggest anything. The girls there provided me with a test pot of the Soothing EPO & Honey Gel, which I promptly went home and put on, and I was incredibly pleased and relieved when I woke up the next morning to find the eczema had improved hugely. I went back and bought a pot of gel that day, and the problem has all but disappeared, as long as I keep using the gel. Having asked for and received a gift voucher for the store at Christmas, I went back a fortnight ago, wanting a moisturizer and a foundation. Again, I went away armed with tester pots (as did my partner, who wanted to try the man’s products) and I’ve been back today to buy the EPO & Vitamin E Oil, which proved the perfect moisturizer for me, and your foundation. My skin has never since I was an adult; felt as good as it did while I was using the testers of those products, so I can’t wait to start my new bottles tomorrow! The assistants as the Lambton Quay store have been extremely helpful on each visit (they recognise me now) and the products are awesome – altogether, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a new product, and I’m doing my best to spread the word! I’m just wanting to write and say how absolutely wonderful your products are! I use to have a dry eczema scalp and could only use a liquid steroid on it, but since I’ve been using your Nourishing Shampoo my condition has improved so much I no longer need a steroid. I now also use your Vitalising Cleanser, Hydrating Gel, Rich Day Cream and Radiance Night Oil. My skin is glowing, I hardly ever get problems with it now and I just love the feel of all these products. I use the Living Nature in all my facials in my own very small beauty room at home. Firming Flax Cream
I have been using the awesome Flax creme product I received as a subscription gift from Living Nature. It sure feels good and I feel good knowing I am using something with no chemical or synthetic enhancers or ingredients in it... Gentle Cleansing Shaving Gel
As one who has very soft and sensitive skin, the act of shaving used to be something I deeply dreaded. Although I tried many of the ‘natural’ shaving products available in the US over the years, I still would always end up with cuts, scratches and rashes. Even though I’ve always strived to only make use of organically-grown foods and products in my life, I found the only way I keep my face from looking like a pizza after shaving was to use chemically-made shaving product that contained benzocaine. However because I wasn’t at all happy with continually using this concoction loaded with chemicals, I continued to always keep an eye open for the perfect shaving lotion. Fortunately on a trip to New Zealand, I had the good fortune of being able to try the Gentle Cleansing Shaving Gel. Amazingly enough this magic potion, which contains no chemicals at all, instantly did everything I had ever hoped a shaving product would do. My nearly 30 year old skin is a combination of oily T zone and dry cheeks, so when my mum bought me some Nourishing Hand & Body cream I thought I’d try the rest of the range. Hydrating Gel
I love your Hydrating Gel. I have been battling dry/flaky and acne prone skin for ages, nothing seems to help. I have tried a lot of products (exfoliators, masks, moisturizers, AHA’s) from mega brands (eg: Lancom, Estee Lauder, Clarins…). Today was the first time I saw your products and decided to give the flax gel a try – it has taken away the tightening sensation and hydrated my skin. I am already feeling better! Some moisturisers from mega brands made the flaky patches of my skin go away, but the flakes would reappear when I put my foundation on – very nasty. Some mositurisers are even worse and clog my pores. I also tried putting your Hydrating Gel over my foundation and it worked really well! Hydrating Gel Mask
Congratulations you guys! You have great products, they are awesome! I’ve had really bad skin problems and a lot of hormonal acne and all the rest that can go wrong with skin. I started to look after my skin about a year ago. Being a 21 year old lady working in a gym! I’m very conscious of my skin. People expect if you’re fit and healthy your skin should be clear. I started having facials recommended by a friend who had pleasing results, so I had regularly monthly facials too. I spent literally thousands of dollars on ‘great skin’ products with no results – nothing! One morning I met a lovely genuine lady in gym and she recommended Living Nature. Lip Balm
I have been meaning to let you know the success I have had with your Lip Balm. For nearly 2 years I had a rash (for want of another word) on my lips that I tried every known lotion and potion for - including cold sore cream, steroid tablets and betnovate ointment which was the only thing that controlled it for a short period. The chemist loved me as I literally spent thousands of dollars trying to fix it including 2 visits to my GP and 1 visit to the dermatologist who told me to stop licking my lips and charged me $140 for the privilege. I was given the balm as a gift and after a couple of days my lips healed up and have pretty much been OK ever since. I use the balm sparingly now when they are dry. What amazing stuff – I recommend it to everyone with problems similar and believe it would heal anything – I’ve even put it on my baby’s bum for nappy rash! Lipstick
I have never been able to wear lipstick without my lips bursting into blisters and being extremely sore for at least a week afterward. Every time a product has promised me it wouldn’t happen, it still did and I suffered. I had given up ever having that extra ‘girlie’ feel of being a lipstick wearer. I picked up a jar of Manuka Oil & Honey Antiseptic Gel when visiting Auckland last. It is wonderful! I have sensitive skin prone to breakouts, and am always very nervous about trying anything new. I am writing to say WOW, thanks for the your unbelievably inspiring, natural, wonderful product line, to which I am a total convert. I will be buying no other ‘beauty’ products from now on. I am just writing to let you know how amazing I think your products are. I have very temperamental skin, which I can wash with soap and water but if I try to moisturise it, with products from even the most expensive product lines, after about 4 days I break out in some sort of rash or eczema. I just recently got over a bout of eczema which I had to go onto Antibiotics for, but when I was in the height of it I went into the health store. They suggested I try your Manuka Oil and Honey Antiseptic Gel which was very soothing and I believe aided in my healing process. I have since purchased your Evening Primrose and Manuka Honey Gel and your Nourishing Day Cream. I have had no further problems or reaction with my skin and it soft and smooth. I always see those infomercials on television where women are talking about how wonderful a product is. I have never trusted them as I have always been so wary of what I use on my skin, but your product is so wonderful and I’ve had such wonderful results, I feel like one of those ladies. I just wanted to let you know how much I love your products. I switched to them after reading the listener article about parabens, and expected to find that they were less effective than conventional skincare. Instead I find that they were 'more' effective, with dry patch problems I had had on my face completely disappearing. I use the Wild Pansy & Zinc Sunfilter during the day and the Nourishing Day Cream at night and my skin is soft and hydrated. To all the team at Living Nature – I’ve been using Living Nature products for about 18months now, and I just want to let you know what a fantastic range it is, and I hope you never stop making it my lifetime! I have an intolerance to fragrance and perfumes etc, mostly sinus and respiratory problems, and it has always been difficult (or very expensive) to find skin and hair care products without perfumes. I have been using your products for the last month since it was recommended to me by a friend. I have always had "nasty" skin that was like sandpaper with red inflammed areas over my cheeks.
I started to use your nourishing cleanser, hydrating toner, day cream, night cream and rescue gel.
WOW!!! It took 3 days for the red to fade out almost completely, the "sandpaper" has almost gone from the sides of my face, the rescue gel even cleared up an infected earring hole as well.
Why couldn't I have found you 20 years earlier?
It makes me wonder what was in the Shiseido products that I have been using for years.
My friends have all commented on how my skin has cleared up and looks so healthy and I bought some for one as a birthday present.
I didn't realise how bad things were till the new skin started to show up.

On behalf of my poor acne troubled skin I need to say a massive thank you. I have been using the suggested products for around 6 weeks now and have noticed a dramatic difference. My skin is better using this than even when I used Dermalogica (in a pre natural existence :)!!). It's been a struggle to find the right natural products to cater for my skin's needs, and it's a huge relief to find that Living Nature is finally 'it'. I confess I had equal amounts of enthusiasm and suspicion over using it!!
As a coeliac sufferer however, I just wanted to sound out the possibility of creating gluten free products in the future. Luckily, the products I need (purify cleanser, harakeke gel, balance lotion) are fine, but I am now stuck for an exfoliant and masque! This is a little depressing, as I'm now confident that if I could use them they would be highly effective. If you have any suggestions or comments to make on this dilemna I'd be ever so grateful.

Nourishing Day Cream
In July, I was a lucky winner of a raffle auction in Whangarei which was raising money for Breast Cancer, and part of that parcel was a box of products from Living Nature. One week later, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and to cut a long story short, I duly had the operation and then waited for post operative treatment (radiotherapy) which was finally confirmed to commence in the first week in November – in Australia!! We (patients) were told to use sorbelene or similar product if we get burnt or spotty etc. After reading your product information, I decided to use Living Nature and slathered it on the affected breast from Day 1 of the 20 treatments. How glad I am!! I used Extra Hydrating Gel and followed up with Nourishing Day Cream at least 3 times a day or more if I felt the need. I would like to state quite categorically that I have not been affected by the treatment like some of the other women have. There have been blisters, burnt skin, blotching of skin and all I had was a little pinkness which has since disappeared. So thank you Living Nature for being a sponsor of Breast Cancer and thank you for having the wonderful product that you have. I have no doubt that you helped me keep free of infections. Nourishing Hand & Body Cream
I am writing to you simply to share a wonderful experience my family and I have enjoyed thanks to your amazing products. My story begins about four weeks ago, when my 4 1/2 year old daughter developed (overnight) a total body rash. I took her straight to our local doctor who suggested antibiotics three times daily for ten days, plus a hydrocortisone cream twice daily over her body. I was very upset, I do not believe in using the above drugs. My daughter has only had antibiotics once in her life and my 2 1/2 year old son has never had them. So I walked across the road to the health shop. They suggested your Nourishing Hand & Body Cream mixed with a little drop of tea tree oil twice daily and a multivitamin. The change was instant. The body cream took my daughters itchy, hot feeling in her skin away in the first use. Within three days the red rash was just little raised skin colour bumps. A week went by and they had all gone. The rash has not returned. However we still use the cream at night simply because our daughter loves the physical contact, the gentle smell and the feeling of being soothed to sleep by touch. I am simply stunned by the power of such a gentle and natural product. I now use your skincare range daily. The Living Nature range is in one word ‘wonderful’ my only sadness is that it has taken me so long to find it. Thank you from the bottom of my heat for such dedication and belief in your products. Nourishing Hand & Body Cream
I recently completed a cross country ski expedition to the Geographic North Pole. Moisturising lotion was an essential piece of equipment in the extreme wind and dry conditions I faced. After skiing for 7 hours each day it was great to get the skis off and get inside the tent and relax. I am pleased to report that your Nourishing Hand & Body Cream felt and smelt luxurious. Nourishing Shampoo
I’m just wanting to write and say how absolutely wonderful your products are! I use to have dry scalp and could only use a liquid steroid on it, but since I’ve been using your Nourishing Shampoo my condition has improved so much I no longer need a steroid. I now also use your Vitalising Cleanser, Hydrating Gel, Rich Day Cream and Radiance Night Oil. My skin is glowing, I hardly ever get problems with it now and I just love the feel of all these products. I use the Living Nature in all my facials in my own very small beauty room at home. Nourishing Shampoo
Just to let you know that Living Nature Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner are the best I have ever used. I have very thick, wavy hair which tends to be dry. All other shampoos and conditioners I’ve tried leave my hair too heavy, taking the wave out of it – and I don’t like straight hair. When I use Living Nature my hair is bouncy, shiny, wavy and looks and feels fabulous. I think its excellent value, my hair has never looked better. I also love your lipsticks and cleanser. Oily/Acne Prone Skin
> Hi, I'd just like to say to you guys that im so thankful that theres a natural product range out there that smells soooooo good (the nourishing body wash, with that peppermint, makes it smell like your washing yourself with roses chocolates!) and that really makes a difference to your skin. I've never had bad acne but i've always had some spots on my back and shoulders, coupled with having a tendancy towards dry skin. The spots usually get worse in the winter, but now that i've been using your nourishing body wash (I found the refreshing one a bit drying) along with the Manuka Honey Gel (my saviour!!) and the other balancing creams it definitely seems like my skin is looking and feeling much, much nicer. I'm a real believer in natural products now and i love how all your packaging is recyclable! I'm a living nature convert for life :) Thanks, I just love your products!!

Oily/Acne Prone Skin
I’ve suffered from Acne since I was 12 and I am now 29. A few weeks ago I was using Vitamin A cream from the doctors which causes birth defects, and my skin was peeling off and getting very dehydrated. Over the years I have spent a fortune on trying all sorts of products to no avail. I have only been using your products for 2 weeks, and they are fantastic, I am already noticing an improvement and I have even stopped using my strong spot creams, I’m so impressed it is one of the best things I’ve ever done – changing to Living Nature products. I would highly recommend it to people who are long term acne suffers like myself. I especially find the Balancing Day Cream good on spots, they seem to heal quicker without turning nasty and dry. I bought the Acne Pack after attending a Natural Alternative evening a month ago, and my skin is looking great. I am almost 31 and have had acne constantly since I was a teenager. Congratulations you guys! You have great products, they are awesome! I’ve had really bad skin problems and a lot of hormonal acne and all the rest that can go wrong with skin. I started to look after my skin about a year ago. Being a 21 year old lady working in a gym! I’m very conscious of my skin. People expect if you’re fit and healthy your skin should be clear. I started having facials recommended by a friend who had pleasing results, so I had regularly monthly facials too. I spent literally thousands of dollars on ‘great skin’ products with no results – nothing! One morning I met a lovely genuine lady in gym and she recommended Living Nature. I was a bit reluctant at first as the price was lower than what I had been spending on ‘big name products’ with half the volume. Purifying Cleanser
I recently bought your Purifying Cleanser and Balancing Day Cream. After 1 week I am thrilled to report that my face feels like part of me instead of an irritating imposition. Purifying Hand Wash
I just enjoyed a round trip flight from LAX to AKL on Air New Zealand. My first real New Zealand experience was trying your Manuka Hand Wash on the flight. I loved the unique smell and have never experienced anything like it. It’s so hard to describe the scent, but it instantly brings me memories of my trip to New Zealand. I searched all over NZ for the product as soon as I landed but then found out that it is only available on the Air NZ aircraft. I tried so hard to steal it off the plane but they have bolted down the bottles, most likely after many similar attempts. I even thought about bribing the air hostesses for an extra bottle. But I guess I’ll have to wait until it becomes available as a public product. Please hurry. Thanks for a great product that’s animal friendly too. I would say I had ‘congested’ skin and was searching for a day cream that would not need to be reapplied or end up feeling tight. Soothing Moisturiser
This last Christmas my two older grandchildren gave me a gift of your Soothing Moisturiser. Because I have dry skin and very susceptible to sunburn I have for many years been using an oil type product for my skin, particularly my facial area. Your product is excellent. Vitalising Cleanser
I am so happy with your products. I think they are wonderful… I am 38 year old woman and I have unfortunately have started menopause early! I have for nearly a year had to combat an ever changing skin conditions – mostly dry & sensitive and every product that I used for my face left it stinging with dry patched. I was never satisfied.
