A standard flat rate for shipping and handling applies to all orders (no matter how many products you purchase) and this varies between countries:

Within New Zealand, standard orders take 1-2 working days to deliver to the North Island and 2-5 working days for the South Island. (Please allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.)

For USA and Canada, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

For all other countries, you can expect delivery of your products within 10-14 working days.
Our return policy for purchases made online with us is very simple: if you are not happy with your product in any way, we will replace it or refund your purchase.
Please use the Contact Us page to email us with proof of purchase details (your invoice number), batch number and best before date information from the product packaging, and the reason you are dissatisfied.
We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement.
(Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.)
All web pricing includes tax though some countries may incur a duty tax depending on the local policies. Customers are responsible for ascertaining duty implications and payment of any duty charges applied on receipt of goods.
